Q: How do I place an order?

  1. Send us an email at orders@smpny.com to begin.  Be sure to include your estimate number and the necessary contact information (example: person in charge of project, phone, shipping address, PO# if available, email and best time and way to contact you.)
  1. SMPNY requires a 50% deposit to begin all projects or you can pay in full to expedite the process. We accept cash, check or credit card and Pay Pal.  All deposits are non-refundable. Final payment is required prior to going to print.

Q: What if I don't see the product I am looking for?

Don't see exactly what you are looking for?  No problem.
SMPNY has over 50,000 products available and custom work is our specialty. 
Just give us a call or email us and we will get back to you right away with
pricing and production information, usually within 24-hours.

Q: Will I get a proof?

When the design phase is complete, before we can begin production, we will send you a FINAL PROOF for approval. You will submit your approval via email with “GO TO PRINT” in the subject line. Any remaining balance is required at this time to enter production. Production cannot begin until the final proof approval & Final Payment have been received by SMPNY..
